Burger King in Dusseldorf

So I ordered there around 10/23 p.m. and the shop was open until 3 a.m. I waited two hours for the food and was informed that it had arrived. At some point I called there and was told that the driver no longer wanted to deliver and that the order was canceled (without my knowledge). I paid in advance and never got my meal. Nobody let me know if I had not called twice myself.

Slow service, not recommended if you have to hurry 😂

Badly organized Menu board small and only at the order counter (currently only drive in), although there is plenty of space to set it up further in front. 4 cars in front of me, 2 of which were complaints because the order was wrong or nothing at all in the bag. We were also missing something ...

Best to avoid drive in. Min. 15 waiting time for 4 cars. Lifetime stolen by incompetent employees.

Ordered online because of Corona. Delivery incomplete and despite direct tel. Complaint and the promised delivery did not come. Disappointing.

The burger was ok but not the best. In my opinion, there are better Burger Kings.

Again and again trying to be served sensibly in front of this store on the drive in, but no chance! The hunger goes away and you always leave with empty hands. You can't bear the bad mood of the employees. 👎👎

Absolutely disgraceful!! Do not waste your time! No service! Paid for delivery at 7pm 9.21pm we have absolutely no clue what is happening and no phone call/ no indication if they ordered the order! Never ever again! Disgraceful!!! Not even worth 1 x Star shame on you! Have no idea if even we can get our refund!!!!!!

We ordered food for delivery almost 2 hours ago. The only indication of delivery we got was a call that didn’t mention who it was from, and who hung up almost immediately. Save yourself the time and get food from somewhere else. 100% would not recommend. When we called about getting a refund, they didn’t pick up, even after 3 tries.

I was there once and for the last time. Although I should be grateful that the order wasn't thrown into my car. They really have the most unfriendly and incompetent employees. A certain lady didn't manage to take all the money out of my hand and although I asked her about the fact that I have now paid too little, she didn't pay any attention to me ??? Apparently you have enough 😄

Excellent delivery service and delicious food I can't be happier with them. They always obey orders, are quick, attentive and very polite. The prices are the same as in the store and there are no additional costs for delivery. Only paper or APP promotions are not allowed on the web. Also very happy with them. Usually it never takes them more than 15 minutes to bring hot and good food to my house. If you haven't tried it yet, I highly recommend it. 👍👍👍👍👍

First time and last time, wait over 2 hours for my meal, nobody answers the phone. Then rather to the competition (Mc Donald's), there. New positive experiences. And I want my money back too

Spare yourself some reading and get food from McDonald's, it's less problematic. If you wanna read: Ordered food at 4pm and at 4:30pm got a notification that my order was cancelled because "the boss said so" and when I asked to talk with the boss she had already left, at around 5pm I got an email that it was cancelled because I gave them the wrong address and phone number, even though I called them from the EXACT same number I gave... I have never had problems with BK but I guess this restaurant in particular doesn't want customers?

Whenever I've been here I think to myself that I never want to go back here.

I've been in the drive in for 25 minutes. Employee rude and brazen. Normal questions could only be answered aggressively with statements like "why order here if you don't have enough time?" I would have given 0 stars if there was the option

Toilet under water but nobody cares ?! The staff was friendly though. Food like in any of the chain ....

The staff could use reinforcement. The poor employees work up a sweat at peak times. Food was good as always

Hi, I was traveling with a friend and we were hungry. Well actually I didn't want to eat in such a location anymore. But I have to say it was delicious, the meat on the burgers was as big as the bread that surprised me positively. The MC doesn't get it that way. You have almost nothing on your bread. On the day an employee walked through the shop / kitchen without a mask, as if there was no Corona. Even if some don't believe in Corona One should think of one's fellow men. That's why the 3 stars

Unfortunately not a good example of a good burger king. It was dirty and the tablets piled up on the tables. We waited forever for the order, even though no one was in front of us. The burgers were good as always, otherwise there would only be one star. Nevertheless, we can no longer get there so quickly.

Eating cold, the nuggets tasted like they had just thrown into the oil the day before and they were rock hard. Then forgot half of the order. Mega unfriendly service at the drive in. Sorry but this branch is no longer what it used to be.

ordered a rebel burger and menu. got just the menu and was told to wait at the table for the burger. waited 20 minutes and complained to the cashier. the cook just forgot to do it. after that, it took 8 more minutes for the burger to arrive. And the place was almost empty!!

How was it? Bad. Fries cold. Cola non-carbonated. Burger bread long warmed and bone dry. Staff does not greet and makes a penetrating. Otherwise funny busy with yourself. End time mood in the guest room. You do not have to go back.

A good place to eat fast food in medrang.
